The best way to get a real sense of CrossFit is to stop by and take a Free Intro class. Each class includes some careful instruction on basic movements, a CrossFit workout based on those movements, and a further explanation of how we think about fitness. Our goal with this class is to give you a taste of what CrossFit is, so you can see why so many people around the world are hooked.

They are worried about their abilities and if they can keep up, but I promise you, you can do this. This program takes it step-by-step and allows you to learn at a pace you are comfortable with. Progress is a process, and we are in this together.
This consists of classes where we teach you the fundamentals and expose you to how our program works. These can be done individually or in a group and on your schedule.
Note: If you are coming from another CrossFit affiliate, and have completed a comparable level of CrossFit-specific training, you may be able to skip intro sessions.
